Duties

These will include:

•Running our school office and reception efficiently and calmly

•Dealing with all enquiries from pupils, staff, parents and external agencies in a professional manner

•Welcoming all visitors, including signing in and out following clear Safeguarding guidelines

•General administrative tasks including use of Microsoft Office, photocopying, emailing, communications to parents

•Duplication and distribution of information, communicating messages promptly

•Administration of off-site, after school and extended school activities, to include booking of events, services and transport

•Operation of the computerised school information management system, Cloud School, other office systems

•Managing the pupil database and pupil absences

•Supporting diary management, arranging meetings, minute taking when required

•Receiving goods and checking delivery notes

•Handling other administrative duties for the school when required

•First Aid Duties as and when required (training will be given)
