I am a CFO and Trust Business Manager for a primary MAT in Dorset. I am also a Chair of Governors for a standalone academy primary school within an umbrella trust. I have worked within Local Authorities, Further Education colleges and in maintained schools, academies and free schools including all through, primary and secondary within Dorset and London.

James Paveley (Chair of Trustees)
I moved to the education sector in 2012 following a 29-year career with HSBC where I successfully managed corporate and commercial customers across a wide range of industries.  I am proud to be a Fellow of the Institute of School Business Leaders and sit on their Advisory Panel to provide local knowledge to national issues.  I work as a School Business Manager at a secondary school with wide ranging responsibilities across Finance, Infrastructure, Procurement, ICT and HR.

Srividya Srivathsan
Currently working as School Business Manager in an inner London maintained secondary school, I have over 30 years of experience, in India working for the United Nations and British Foreign Office in project finance and management, and in the UK for over 12 years in education. Key projects worked in education include succession planning, HR process and employment related issues, effective financial management using key performance indicators and financial benchmarking, Integrated Curriculum and financial management projects.

Peter Tomkins
I have been a teacher for over thirty years and worked in school leadership teams for nearly twenty-five years having been a headteacher for six years. I have worked with a number of academies and MATs to turn around under-performing schools and to improve outcomes for pupils. I am currently one of the directors of an educational consultancy and a School Resource Management Advisor commissioned by the ESFA to identify efficiency savings in academies, trusts and Local Authorities. I am a tutor for the National Professional Qualification for Executive Leaders and a governor of a primary school.

Morgan Williams (Vice Chair of Trustees)
I have worked in education for over twenty years and held three primary headships, two in London and one in Coventry.  I have also worked as a school improvement advisor for Lambeth Local Authority.  I am currently employed by the education charity Teach First as an Achievement Partner.  In this role I support school leaders across the West Midlands to secure sustainable improvements in their schools.  I live in north Birmingham with my wife and two small children (aged 3 and 5).  I am committed to working with all the schools in the Learning Link MAT to build partnership and strive for educational excellence.
